The current merchant policy offers a 30-day refund window for eligible direct orders. It does not require a physical return.
Eligibility
A request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date and must concern an order placed directly through SlimSoda Powder. Requests are reviewed individually and require a clear reason. Subscription renewals processed outside the eligible window are not covered.
No Return Shipment Required
Do not mail a product back unless support specifically instructs you to do so. The merchant states that unsolicited returns cannot be processed and does not publish a general return address because physical returns are not required.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@slimsodapowder.com or call (323) 332-1649 with your order information and reason for the request. The merchant states that support normally responds within 1-2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Merchant processing is stated as 5-10 business days; your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
